Face2Face Yellowknife

 

Support for any parent that has suffered the loss of a baby is now available locally.
 Jennifer Young and I have launched 'Face2Face Yellowknife' (in affiliation with Faces of Loss, Faces of Hope), a social friendship group for local babyloss parents.

Our goal:

To encourage long lasting friendships and to provide a place for open grief sharing in a positive and supportive environment. We will conduct a very loose and informal get together, and are open to suggestions on how to run our meetings. We want you to feel comfortable talking about your babies and your everyday life with women who "get it" whether your loss was 8 years ago or 8 weeks ago, no matter the gestation.

Face2Face Yellowknife Friendship Group meeting details:

Meetings will be held the second Saturday of every month from 10am -12pm.
